  • All consultations are strictly by prior appointment only.

2. Appointment & Booking Policy

  • All consultations require advance booking and payment.
  • Appointment slots are reserved exclusively for the patient.
  • Delays in joining or attending may affect the consultation duration and may impact subsequent scheduled appointments.

3. Online Consultation Etiquette & Requirements

For online consultations, patients are required to strictly follow these guidelines:

  • Ensure a stable internet connection.
  • Complete and submit the Google Form / case history form before the consultation.
  • Keep video and audio ON throughout the consultation.
  • Join the consultation on time.
  • Sit upright on a chair, with the device placed on a table (not on a bed or sofa).
  • Avoid attending from public places, cars, offices.
  • Keep hands free, with a notepad and pen available.
  • Only the patient should attend the consultation. A parent or guardian may accompany only if the patient is below 18 years.

Failure to follow these etiquettes may affect consultation quality and does not qualify for refund or rescheduling.  

4. Patient Responsibility

Patients are responsible for:

  • Providing complete, accurate, and honest medical information.
  • Informing us of any ongoing treatments or medications.
  • Understanding that withholding or misrepresentation of information may impact treatment outcomes.

5. Medicines & Prescription Policy
